Cadillac CTS Coupe will certainly be officially launched at the Auto Shanghai 2011 (April 21 to 28) for the Asia Pacific market.

CTS Coupe is still a single platform with the CTS sedan and CTS Sport Wagon. CTS Coupe received various prestigious awards such as Best Coupe from Motor Week, 2011 Top 10 Models from Popular Mechanics, Best Design Award at the North American International Auto Show 2008.

 GM at least exert some 300 dealers to host a special ceremony at the U.S. launch.

"CTS Coupe is one of the most significant cars to enter the market this year," said Vice President of Cadillac, Sales and Service, Kurt McNeil. He said this is a new focal point for Cadillac in terms of design and performance.

 The car will use a 3.6l V6 engine that can deliver power at 304 horsepower. This car is also equipped with six-speed manual transmission. However, consumption of fuel-powered cars were classified as efficient, consuming only approximately 8.7 liter/100km gasoline.

CTS will be offered with two packages, Performance and Performance Summer Tire. Vehicles equipped with 14-Way adjustable Recaro sports seats, pop-up navigation system, integrated iPod/MP3 capability, Bluetooth and rear camera system and adaptive front lighting system.

2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe

 Model CTS-V will be available with a 6.2l V8 supercharged engine that produces 556 hp and is equipped with dual-mode magnetic adjustable suspension and Brembo brakes.

The car itself features a carbon fiber aerodynamic body and the car weighs £ 1000 (454 kg) less than the production model.

CTS Coupe is offered with a price of Rp349 million. A car with a more powerful version, called the CTS-V Coupe will also be offered.
